Documents Required by the First Day of Class:
Please present a copy of the above documents to the school by the designated deadline.
Deadline: Beginning of each month (or one week prior to the start of class). Missing documents will prevent you from starting class on time. Copies made at the school will be made at the cost of 25 cents per page.
Enrollment Fee Include: Tuition, Uniform, CPR certification if applicable, and Drug Test Screen if applicable. Tuition must be paid in full to take CPR class and obtain Drug Screen.
Additional Requirements: $50 fee for ACEMAPP student portal for clinical sites. $81 fee for
Student Advantage requirements. These fees are paid to a 3rd party. All clinical fees must be paid in order to upload required information.
